To tell you about 'THEY SAY', or so it seems to me, is to describe my life, perhaps all of us, what would we have those who hurt us say?

Some of us hurt without meaning to and some because they set out to do exactly that.

We can get caught up trying to live our lives true to ourselves.​

Sounds o.k. until we take into account what struggles a person or generations have experienced.

The way I see it most of us are in the middle doing survival as best we can. There are few Angels and There are Few Devils. It's when Devils tip the Balance we in our fear do things we never thought we would ever do. It takes Strong People to walk in the Middle...xxxx

A Performance I did with my Husband Colm Mullen at the Inspire Gallerie in Dublin, ‘Don’t Be Used’ is my plea for us all to stop and think about how we affect each other by our daily lives. The dark side over spills all our efforts to ‘get on’ or ‘just get through’.​​

So What would you have them say, is cryptic but even I had to think hard about its meaning and I wrote it.

Recorded at home mostly with my XP10 and a 2 track. Converted at Temple bar Music Center, Dublin and recorded Liam Cagney Bass and my Vocal. Then re-mixed at home and Masted by Colm Drennen at Temple Bar last year in 2019
